Mixed veggies with mashed egg

Ingredients

Potatoes - 250 gm
Carrots - 150 gm
Sliced onions - 1 cup
Eggs - 4
Water - 5 glasses
Turmeric powder - 2 tablespoon Coriander powder - 3 tablespoon
Masala powder - 3 tablespoon
Green chillies - 4
Coconut oil - 5 tablespoon
Sliced Ginger - 25 gm
Salt - to taste

Directions

Prep : 5 minutes Cook :10 minutes
Ready Inn : 15 minutes

Take a pressure cooker and pour 5 glasses of water. Add one tablespoon of salt to it, then add sliced potatoes and carrots to it. Then add green chilies, half cup of onions and ginger to it. Now light the gas stove and put the cooker over it. Keep the flame on medium high. After 3 whistles, put the flame in medium low.

Now, remove the cooker from stove and place a curry pan over it. When the pan is heated,add coconut oil to it. Then, add sliced onions and salt to it. Stir, it well until the onions turns golden brown. Now, add turmeric, coriander and masala powder to it and stir, the mixture well. After a couple of minutes, add the cooked veggies to the mixture. Stir, the mixture well and add salt if necessary. Then add the mashed egg to the curry. Stir it well until the egg is spread all over. Allow it to cook for 3 more minutes.

Now the dish is Ready.

Green gram curry

Green gram curry

Ingredients

Green gram - 250 gm
Sliced onions - 1 Cup
Water - 2 glasses
Green chilies - 3
Coconut oil - 3 tablespoon
Chili powder - 2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder -2 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
Curry leaves - 5

Directions

Prep : 5 minutes Cook : 15 minutes Ready In : 20 minutes

Take a pressure cooker and pour 2 glasses of water. Add some salt to it, then add green gram to it. Add onions and green chilies to it. Close the cooker and light the stove place the cooker over it. Allow it to produce 3 whistles. Now, remove the cooker from the stove and place a curry pan over it. When the pan is heated add coconut oil to it. Then add turmeric and chilli powder to it. Evenly stir the mixture, add the half cooked green gram to it. Stir well to join the mixture. Allow it Cook for 10 more minutes. After that add curry leaves to the curry. And the dish is ready to serve.

Malabar beaf curry

Malabar beaf curry

Ingredients

Meat loaf - 1 kg
5 medium onions - nicely chopped
Green chillies - 6
Chopped Ginger - 50 gm
Garlic thinly chopped - 50 gm
Meat masala powder - 50 gm
Turmeric powder - 2 tablespoon       Coriander powder - 3 tablespoon
Coconut oil - 5 tablespoon
Tomato slices - 8 pieces
Sliced potatoes- 1 cup
Pepper powder - 4 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
5 curry leaves

Directions

Prep : 10 minutes Cook : 30 minutes Ready In : 40 minutes

Wash the meat loaf and cut into small pieces. Take a pressure cooker and put the meat pieces, onions, ginger,garlic,green chilies, potatoes and salt to it. Light the stove and place the cooker on it. Allow it to produce 5 full whistles.

Gently remove the cooker from stove and place a curry pan over it. When it is heated add 5 tablespoons of coconut oil to it, then add some chopped onions to it. Then add some salt to it and stir well. Now add the tomatoes to the pan. Stir the mixture, now add turmeric, coriander,meat masala powder to it. After a minute, add the half cooked meat into the pan. Allow it cook for 25 minutes. After that add pepper powder to the curry and stir it evenly. Allow it to cook for 2 more minutes. And the dish is ready. Garnish the curry with curry leaves.

Potato morning delight

Potato morning delight

Ingredients

Potatoes - 500 gm
2 onions nicely sliced
2 Green chillies
Salt - to taste
Coconut oil - 3 tablespoons
Turmeric powder - 2 tablespoons
Coriander powder - 2 tablespoons
5 Curry leaves
15 Mustards

Directions

Prep : 5 Cook : 15
Ready in : 20 minutes

Peel off potatoes and cut into evenly small pieces. Light the gas stove and place a pressure cooker on top off it. Add 600 ml glasses of water and put the potatoes and onions onto the cooker. Add a tablespoon of salt to it, which helps to cook the potatoes fastly. Close the pressure cooker and allow it produce 3 whistles. Gently remove the pressure cooker by keeping the flame medium low.

Put a curry pan over the flame and pour the coconut oil to it. Add mustards, when the oil is heated. Now, add finely chopped green chillies and curry leaves. Add turmeric and coriander powder to it. Add half cooked potatoes and onions to the mixture. Gently stir the mixture evenly. Allow it cook for 5 minutes. Now the dish is ready to serve.

Green bean masala

Green bean masala

Ingredients

Green beans - 300gm
Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons.
Salt - to taste
Chilli powder - 2 tablespoon
Masala powder - 2 tablespoon
1 Onion sliced
Turmeric powder - 1 tablespoons
5 Curry leaves

Directions

Prep 5:minutes Cook 15:minutes Ready in 20:minutes

Light the gas stove and put the sauce pan on it. Keep the flame on medium high. When the sauce pan is warm, pour 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Now, add sliced onions and curry leaves to the oil. After a minute, add some salt to it. After that put turmeric powder, masala powder,chilli powder into the mixture. Stir the mixture until it turns golden color. Now add green beans to the mixture, stir the mixture evenly. Now keep the flame on medium low and allow to it cook for 6-7 minutes. Now the dish is ready to serve.
